4TH ATTEMPT OF THE 2023 ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING
After 3 attempts that failed to meet quorum, the 4th attempt is being conducted by ballot. You can return via US Mail, Email or Fax. The Annual Meeting is set to conclude on June 30th, 2023. The ballot includes the election of two (2) members to the Board of Directors, and approval of the 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes.
